The firms team of professionals has broad experience in the application of statistical modeling, simulation, and risk analysis to policy issues in areas such as conservation-oriented water rate design, demand estimation, supply simulation, natural resource economics, and environmental policy. Members of the technical staff have done work for organizations such as the American Water Works Association Research Foundation, the United States Bureau of Reclamation, RAND, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, California Urban Water Agencies, the California Urban Water Conservation Council, the California State Legislature, numerous water agencies in the U.S., and the U.S. Peace Corps.
